E' BREEAM In Use Auditor + International NC Assessor e corresponsabile dei contenuti di REbuild ed co-ideatore del Premio REbuild.

Furio Barzon

CEO - Green Prefab

Furio Barzon (1972) focuses on performance based green buildings and advanced building life-cycle management. He supports industrialisation through prefabricated products and digital tools to scale processes and markets. He founded Green Prefab, co-funded by the European Commission, and he is the Europe Regional Leader at the no-profit organisation Open Architecture Collaborative. Previously he has been producing a number of companies, websites, softwares, and community events dealing with innovation in building industry, holding lectures and pitches in International Universities and Institutions. 

Marzia Bolpagni

Building Engineer, PhD | BIM Advisor - Mace

Dr Marzia Bolpagni is a BIM Advisor at Mace in London where she develops and implements digital construction solutions for international clients. She holds a Ph.D. from Politecnico di Milano. She collaborated with two advanced BIM-aware public clients: the Massachusetts Port Authority (USA) and the UK Ministry of Justice. In 2017 the Italian Engineer Association assigned her the ‘Woman Ingenious’ award for her work on BIM at the international level. She is glad to be a member of BIM Excellence Initiative, Assistant Editor and Italian Language Editor of the BIM Dictionary, member of the Italian Organization for Standardization (UNI), UK BIM Alliance and European Committee for Standardization (CEN) TC 442 where she chairs a Task Group on LOD standardisation.

Daniele Guglielmino

LEED for Cities Specialist - GBCI Europe

Founding member of the Italian chapter of IBPSA (International Building Performance Simulation Association) in 2010, Founder and first chair of the Chapter “Piemonte” of Green Building Council Italia in 2011, Former Vice chair of Energy and Atmosphere Technical Advisor Group of GBC Italia (www.gbcitalia.org);  Senior Sustainability Specialist at Manens-Tifs s.p.a. Italy for six years (www.manens-tifs.it); Today, LEED for Cities Speacialist at GBCI Europe (www.gbci.org); Along with International WELL Building Institute (IWBI™) and APTA Vitae, he promoted the event #wellference held in Milan, Italy on 2017, to launch WELL Building Standard® the international scheme to certify health and wellness of people in buildings and cities. His professional activity focuses on sustainability rating systems for buildings and cities and how they impact on the Italian and European Market as a driver to grow market awareness, operating as trainer and consultant for investors and designers LEED® and WELL Building Standard®. Promoter and consultant for the first European Certification under LEED® for Cities a Communities, achieved with the City of Savona (Italy) with Gold Level. LEED for Cities is the international Pilot Scheme for sustainable cities, oriented to define public policies and track actual performance data about energy, water, waste, transportation and human wellbeing. This Pilot Scheme in implemented in Savona, Italy targeting to create a business case of Sustainable City to drive the market transformation in Europe in line with Covenant of Mayors. Consultant for the first project registered in Italy to pursue WELL Building Standard® certification in Italy. Committed on public outreach about sustainability, health and wellness, he is author of about fifty scientific and technical publications.

Federica Saccani

Executive Director, Building Consultancy & Sustainability - CBRE Italia

Federica Saccani is Executive Director, currently Head of Due Diligence and Town Planning in Building Consultancy Department - Italy. Since 2015, Federica is Head of Energy &Sustainability – Italy.This activity is focused on property acquisitions and disposal, particularly for international investors, covering office, retail and leisure, industrial assets and portfolios. Construction, legal and town planning, sustainability skills are blended to provide a comprehensive real estate advice to investors in transactions.  Lecturer at MaRef, Master in Real Estate Finance at the LUISS, Business School of Economics, in Rome, for the course of Technical Real Estate Advisory: Technical Due Diligence. Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, contributor to the professional guidance on due diligence, as Italian representative. The RICS, Technical Due Diligence Guidance Notes was published in 2011 and shows the professional experience and the method that CBRE SPA applies in the professional exercise. In 2012, I contributed to the paper for Development Monitoring for Banks(2012).
