Tommaso Dal Bosco, after having guided for three and a half years the Department of heritage, urban planning, infrastructures and policies for the house of ANCI - National Association of Italian Municipalities has passed, as part of the recent reorganization of the Association, to direct the Development Area urban and territorial IFEL - Institute for Finance and Local Economics Foundation of public law appointed to build and manage a platform of services and projects to support the development of the Municipalities. He has a legal background and professional experience of managerial skills in the field of services and public administration. He started in the field of advertising and communication and held the role of executive producer for 4 years in Filmmaster, the leading international player. Between the end of the 90s and 2002 he organized and is marketing director of the Italian Committee for 2002 - International Year of Mountains. He has participated and directed numerous national and international action and territorial cooperation research projects with the aim of deepening the issues related to the models of institutional economic and political governance in local development processes (Cantieri, Diamont, Green Co., F'ACTS). Since 2007 he has been general manager of UNCEM associative body recognized by the D.lgs 281/97 - founding of the Unified State Regions and Local Autonomies Conference - as subject of institutional political representation of the local mountain authorities together with ANCI (Municipalities) and UPI (Provinces ). In this capacity he was interested in the problems of local development with a focus mainly on energy, environmental and institutional policies. Since 2009 he has been a member of the board of directors of FilCoop supplementary pension fund for the capitalization of agricultural and forestry workers. In 2011, with the addition of UNCEM in ANCI, he extended the sphere of interest to urban development problems with particular reference to the subject of redevelopment and enhancement of public assets and policies for the home. He has been part of numerous technical commissions at the CNEL - National Council for Economics and Labor, the Unified State Regions and Local Autonomies Conference, the Ministries of the Environment, Agriculture, Culture, Productive Activities and Infrastructures. It is a member designated by the ANCI within the Royal Cabin established by the Ministry of Infrastructures for the realization of the National Plan for the Cities. Since June 9th he has been a member - appointed by the Promoter - of the guidance council of the Green Building Council Italia. He has often played and plays a role of public representation acting as a speaker at conferences, seminars and as a teacher for various educational initiatives for the University of Padua (Master's degree), the University of Rome La Sapienza, the University of Eastern Piedmont, Invitalia and other institutions. He has published articles, collaborated in the publication of the book La Sfida dei Territori in the Green Economy AREL - Il Mulino 2009 and edited the volume La Filiera Bosco Legno Arredamento Laterza 2010.
